2. Use of Service

You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you provide and your compliance with privacy and data protection obligations.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Billing

Subscription and one‑time fees are billed via Stripe. Billing terms are described on the Billing tab. Taxes may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

TheSkinnyAI, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by its respective owners and protected by IP laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code.
Interfering with or disrupting the service.
Using the service to infringe third‑party rights or applicable laws.
Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or scraping frameworks to access, query, collect data from, interact with, or test the service without our prior written consent (except where expressly permitted by published APIs and subject to their terms).
Bypassing, disabling, or interfering with any access control, rate‑limiting, security, or usage‑monitoring mechanism.
Generating artificial traffic, performing load tests, stress tests, or denial‑of‑service activities without prior written authorization.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Automated Access & Enforcement

Automated or programmatic use of the service (including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripted access) is prohibited unless expressly authorized by a separate written agreement with us or permitted by an official TheSkinnyAI API under its applicable terms. We reserve the right to monitor for, rate‑limit, throttle, block, or otherwise restrict automated traffic that we reasonably determine may degrade service performance, abuse resources, or violate these Terms. If we detect abuse or attempts to circumvent our protections, we may suspend or terminate accounts, block network ranges, and take appropriate legal or equitable action without prior notice.
